Il poursuit : « Entre le soleil qui se couche et celui qui se lève, dans les perspectives qui s’offrent au Sénégal actuellement, je pense que ce sont les profils du soleil qui se lève qui doivent avoir la priorité des Sénégalais. Dans tous les cas, Idrissa et Macky sont au pouvoir depuis au moins 25 ans, sans faire bouger les lignes et il est temps que tous les deux passent la main… Je n’ai jamais eu la volonté d’être un héritier et je ne me suis jamais positionné comme héritier.
